How We Provide Remote Care (For Performance)::

  • Device Connectivity: As part of our remote care service, we can see that devices are connected to your access points (not what they are doing) to measure signal strength and optimize coverage.

  • Access Point Health: Our remote care system monitors the status, uptime, and performance of your TriniMesh hardware.

  • Network Performance: We measure metrics like Wi-Fi channel interference to automatically optimize your network—this is the core of our remote care promise.

What We NEVER Monitor (Your Privacy):

  • We cannot see your web traffic or the websites you visit.

  • We cannot see your browsing history.

  • We cannot inspect the data passing through your network (emails, passwords, streaming content, bank details).

  • We do not block or filter websites unless specifically requested and configured by you (e.g., parental controls).

The Technical Reason: Our monitoring is done at the hardware level. Your internet provider handles the data itself once it leaves your home. We handle the quality of the signal inside your home, ensuring it gets to your devices flawlessly and securely.

1. What We Monitor

2. What We Do NOT Monitor

We do not and cannot:

4. Who Has Access

Only authorized TriniMesh technicians can view system health data. We never share or sell this information.

  • You own your equipment.

  • You can request removal from remote monitoring at any time.

  • After your free support year, you may choose whether to continue management or keep the system unmanaged.
